The project is done to achieve improvement of the functioning, better traffic safety, the maximum flow of traffic, and minimum environmental consequences with minimal financial investment.

Roundabouts that were designed had large diameters, so the speed was reduced to a level that gives better safety but allows ample traffic flow to pass through it. The intersections are constructed, and the results are excellent – no major accidents in two years.
